Terms of Service

  1. Services Rendered Based on Available Information

    Services are provided with diligence, based on the information available at the time of intervention and the technical limits of the devices, software, accounts, networks, or providers involved. Certain situations may not allow for a complete resolution during a single visit.

  2. Billing for Interventions

    On-site interventions are billed with an initial minimum of 60 minutes, then in additional 30-minute blocks, unless otherwise agreed upon and confirmed in advance.

  3. Rates

    Service rates may be modified without notice. However, rates already communicated and confirmed for an appointment, intervention, or prepaid hours block remain applicable to that agreement, unless otherwise accepted by the client.

  4. Travel Fees

    Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the intervention, especially outside the regular service area. Any applicable fees will be communicated and accepted before the appointment is confirmed.

  5. Payment

    Payment is due in full at the end of the visit or technical intervention, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

  6. Appointment Cancellation or Modification

    Any appointment cancellation or modification should be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply in case of late cancellation or no-show.

  7. Parts, Software, Subscriptions, and External Purchases

    Parts, software, subscriptions, licenses, cables, accessories, or other external purchases are not included unless otherwise stated. Any required purchase remains the client's responsibility and must be approved before being made.

  8. Client Responsibility

    The client remains responsible for their passwords, accounts, data, backups, and access necessary for the intervention. For security reasons, the client may be asked to enter their own passwords or access codes.

  9. Data and Backups

    The client is responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of their data, files, photos, documents, software, and configurations before any intervention. DomiaTech Services cannot be held liable for any loss of data, software, or configurations resulting from a pre-existing problem, hardware or software failure, or a limitation related to a third-party provider.

  10. Pre-existing Problems and Unforeseen Complexity

    The discovery of pre-existing hardware or software failures, an outdated device, a more complex problem than expected, or a limitation imposed by a third-party provider may result in additional fees, an additional visit, or a recommendation for replacement.

  11. No Guarantee of Results

    No specific result can be guaranteed when a device, software, account, online service, network, or third-party provider has limitations beyond our control.

  12. Prepaid Hours Blocks

    When prepaid hours blocks are offered, they are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred without prior written consent.

  13. Respect and Safety

    Mutual respect is required during any interaction. DomiaTech Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate an intervention in an environment deemed disrespectful, abusive, dangerous, or unsafe.
